3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band Transition Request for Relocation Coordinator Mediation or Dispute Reporting

On February 28, 2020, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted the final Report & Order (R&O), Expanding Flexible Use of the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz in GN Docket No. 18-122.

On September 25, 2020, the WTB announced that RSM US LLP will serve as the Relocation Coordinator (RC) for the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz transition process.

We understand that during the transition of the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz band, issues in the scheduling or performance of transition services may arise. The Relocation Coordinator team is empowered by the FCC to facilitate resolution of scheduling issues through a mediation process, and to report other disputes regarding facilities, preservation of service, or workmanship to the FCC. The mediation process is a framework by which the Relocation Coordinator works directly with the parties to any issue to help resolve in a manner acceptable to the parties.
